How to view active drivers' NYC tickets ranking

1. Navigate to reports:
- From the side menu, go to the "Settings" section.
- Select the "Reports" menu from the side menu.
- Click on the "Active Drivers NYC Tickets Ranking" button within the Reports section.
2. View and filter the report:
- The ranking list of active drivers, sorted by their NYC ticket counts and due, will be displayed.
