How to view the service alert report

1. Navigate to reports:
- From the side menu, go to the "Settings" section.
- Select the "Reports" menu from the side menu.
- Click on the "Service Alert Report" button within the Reports section.
2. View and filter the report:
- The Service alert report will be displayed.
- Use the available filters to adjust the report according to your requirements.
