Interacting with your customer right at your management software is crucial and reduces at lot of friction and miscommunication gaps. After signing up for inbox service at Carcort you will be able to have two way communication with all your customer using phone calls and text messaging. In this article we will go over how to add a new customer to your inbox and how to call, text or add notes to them.
1. Navigate to Inbox from the main menu
2. Click on the (+) symbol to add a new customer

3. Add the customer's phone number and name

4. Now you can call, text or add notes to this customer.
