How to create a new car rental agreement

Carcort allows users to quickly and efficiently signup new customer's agreements.
1. Navigate to Agreements from the main menu.
2. Select "New Agreement" from the top right
3. As soon as the new agreement screen opens it sets the start date and time to the current time and the end date is set to three years from now by default. You can adjust the start and end date and time as needed.
4. Search an existing customer or add a new customer information
5. Search and existing vehicle.
These are the main building blocks of the agreement. You can click "Save" at that point to record your agreement.
You should also update the state of the agreement as needed. There are three statuses of an agreement:
Pending: For all scheduled reservations or agreements before vehicle checkout.
Active: The agreement should be in this status after vehicle checkout and the customer has already picked up the vehicle.
Competed: When the vehicle is returned.
